I decided to bring my boat to you, what should I do?
All parties interested may contact us and ask for information about the parking area and its facilities. You may also make an appointment at any time and on any day to visit our premises, so that we may give you a tour of our facilities and amenities, discuss about your needs and adapt our service packages based on them.
When can I take my boat from the parking area and bring it back?
For security reasons, the area has specific opening hours, namely 07:00 am - 09:00 pm for the period from February up to October and 09:00 am - 05:00 pm during the winter (November – January). Of course, if anything occurs, customers will be served immediately after consulting with the persons in charge.
How can I refuel my boat?
Our Company is visited by equipped fuel trucks following the customer’s order, which safely refuel all boats. They feature a fuel meter in order to verify for the exact amount of fuel, while the customer can pay directly the truck driver by credit card or in cash.
Is there a wait for the boat ramp?
Usually there is no wait at all for the nearby boat ramps, but where the Company deems that there might be some delay, we will inform the customers so that before their launch they call our information office, half an hour before they arrive at the ramp. In this way, customers do not have to wait at all and they are immediately served.
Where can I leave my car if I want to sail and how can I get there?
Our Company offers a special car parking area for all customers and their friends, completely free of charge, with 24-hour surveillance by closed-circuit television. Moreover, since we want to take full care of our customers, we provide them with special six-seat cars in order to be transported safely to and from the boat ramp.
Which are the payment methods?
With regard to boat parking contracts, payment is always effected in advance at the conclusion of the contract and it is possible to pay either by card with interest-free instalments, by deposit on the Company’s bank account or in cash.
If I’m having some problem with my boat, will there be somebody in charge to help me?
Once our Company is informed of any customer problems, we may immediately resolve it since our persons in charge are almost never absent, while every member of our team is trained and available at all times.
Are your premises safe?
Since we always want to protect the property of our beloved and valued customers, we have installed high-end motion detectors throughout our facilities, whereas there are cameras everywhere which help control every single square metre. Naturally, we know that this is not enough, so we provide 24-hour security services with personnel who patrol the entire area and constantly check our security systems, always accompanied by specially trained dogs.
Can a friend or relative of mine visit my boat while I am away?
It is self-evident that access to the area is allowed to anyone you wish, as long as we are previously notified and you give us your consent by telephone, thus approving said person’s entry, since we are always keeping your safety in mind.

Pitsikali Lavrio Marine was founded in 2006 by Sotiria Pitsikali on privately-owned property. Her first customers believed in her and trusted a young girl with their assets, following her goals and dream that “we ourselves can determine the future, as long we have faith in us...”.
